Key Account Administrator

Job Responsibility: Employment Opportunity Sheridan Nurseries Head Office is actively searching for a: Key Account Administrator Permanent, Full Time About the Job: Reporting to the Key Account Manager and supporting the Director of Sales, the Key Account Administrator is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with Key Account Guests on behalf of Sheridan Nurseries. The Key Account Administrator has primary responsibility for ensuring that all Key Account Guests' administrative needs are met and assisting our Key Account Manager to provide our guests with an exceptional experience. This is a full-time position located at our office in Georgetown, Ontario. Your Accountabilities:

• Strive to ensure that each Key Account Guest at Sheridan Nurseries receives a level of service that is more than what they expected.
• Assist the Key Account Manager with order & inventory management, Guest profile maintenance in both the ERP and CRM systems, informing Guests on shipping schedules, and order details.
• Support the Wholesale Sales team and assist with other tasks as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have completed high school and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Strong customer service skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize.
• Friendly and outgoing attitude.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Previous data entry experience with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Plant knowledge and/or Green Goods Industry experience is an asset.
• You are punctual and dependable, and highly value honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
