Job Responsibility:
ABOUT THE POSITION
Concorde Group's Catering department is looking for back of house support for the Oxford Stomp & Roundup Music Festivals at Prince's Island Park from July 7th - 14th. The position requires setting up and taking down for the festival, preparing and serving food in a festival, and moving heavy items.
WHAT WE OFFER
- $30-35/hour, based on expeirence.
- Duty meals
- Full time work for 7 days.
- Festival Entry
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare food and ingredients for the festivals.
- Set up and take down the booth at each festivals.
- Take orders and payment from guests.
- Accurately execute food orders, ensuring consistent and high-caliber food preparation and presentatio as directed by the Executive Chef
- Ensure the highest level of hygiene and food safety is adhered to by all personnel in the preparation and handling of food items.
- Ensure that the booth is always maintained at the highest level of cleanliness.
- Consistently conduct yourself in a professional and positive manner.
- Perform other related ad-hoc duties as required.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Experience working in a kitchen or for a catering company is required.
- Ability to move 20kgs is required.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time is required.
- WHMIS Certification is required.
- Food Safe Certification is required.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
