Zgemi Inc. is seeking dedicated Project Coordinators to support our construction projects, focusing on pre-construction through to closeout. This full-time role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear communication and tracking project tasks effectively. Successful candidates will possess a solid background in construction project administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize documentation for project initiation
- Maintain up-to-date reports and stakeholder communication
- Facilitate sub-trade purchase orders and change order management
- Analyze project drawings and conduct material takeoffs
- Ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role
- Strong skills in analyzing technical specifications
- Knowledge of construction management practices and software
- Ontario Driver’s License needed for project site visits
