Architectural Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings
• Manage a group of architectural staff, leading project meetings, and coordinating other building disciplines on multi‑disciplinary projects
• Manage a team of consultants
• Client communication
• Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure that both internal and external client needs are met and that projects are delivered within cost, quality and schedule targets
• Manage the planning, scheduling, forecasting and staffing and work with accounting to achieve the desired results
• Review monthly project performance data including utilization, multipliers, revenue analysis, backlog, invoicing, work in progress, accounts receivable, overhead optimization, and overall quality of work
• Support the team on pursuing work through assisting with RFP preparation including schedule and fee

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or professional designation/education in a design/construction focused field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be considered an asset
• Minimum of 10 years experience working in a similar role
• Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, visualization software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam
• Experience with Security & Defence and mixed‑use projects would be considered an asset

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $110,600 – $146,500
MB & ON: $100,900 – $139,000
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $99,900 – $132,700
