Join us as an Information Technology Student for our Winnipeg district, within our Canadian Buildings sector starting in January 2027. This is a 4 month term with potential to extend to 8 or 12 months .

Here's how an Information Technology Student for PCL Constructors Canada Inc. within

Responsibilities

• Providing tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in person) support to district – both in the office and various site locations
• Logging IT related support calls
• Deployment of hardware
• Assisting in the maintenance of the IT work areas
• Handling equipment audits & shipments
• Creating process documentation
• Assisting Systems & Office Administrators in a variety of other systems related tasks as required

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers (Microsoft office basic hardware support)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Previous support experience an asset
