Manufacturing Controller With Erp Expertise

We are seeking a Controller to oversee a team of 10+ finance professionals dedicated to plant accounting. This role demands experience in standard costing, inventory valuation, and consolidated financial statements within a manufacturing context. Your leadership will facilitate cost control and operational improvements across multiple facilities, making a significant impact on profitability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: - Direct standard cost maintenance and variance analysis - Oversee physical inventory counts and valuations - Analyze product-line profitability and scrap rates - Lead month-end and year-end financial processes - Manage fixed asset accounting and capital expenditures
Requirements: - Active CPA designation required - 10+ years in progressive accounting roles - Expertise in inventory accounting and costing methodologies - Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
