URGENT: Nanny Wanted - Young Christian Family With Two Little Girls, Looking For An Energetic Addition To Our Fun Family Part Time

Hi! We're Madison and my husband, and we're a young Christian family living in the St. Boniface/Old St. Vital area of Winnipeg with our two little girls, Charlotte and Hannah. This September they will be 3 years old and 1 year old. We're looking for a caring, proactive nanny to become part of our family's rhythm starting this fall (or earlier this summer if available). About the Role We're looking for approximately 15–20 hours per week, with most hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus a Friday afternoon and either a Monday or Wednesday morning or afternoon. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, our oldest daughter will be in part-time preschool, so your primary focus will be caring for our 1-year-old. On Monday or Wednesday afternoons, you'll spend time with both girls. I work part-time and occasionally from home, so there will be times when I'm around to help as needed. We're Looking for Someone Who: Loves young children and genuinely enjoys spending time with them. Is a natural leader who notices what needs to be done without being asked. Enjoys planning creative activities, crafts, outdoor adventures, and imaginative play. Likes baking, trying new recipes, and making healthy snacks for the family. Can help prepare simple dinners by following recipes. Keeps the household running smoothly by helping keep laundry moving and generally tidying up. Is dependable, organized, and looking to build a long-term relationship with a family. We hope to find someone who will grow with our family over the coming years. Compensation Starting wage is $18-20/hour, with opportunities for increases as the role grows and responsibilities evolve, and depending on your experience too.
