Sales and Operations Specialist at RevenueCat

Enhance your career at RevenueCat as a Sales & Operations Specialist within RC Capital. This remote role focuses on customer lifecycle management, from onboarding to ongoing support. In this hands-on position, you will own the entire customer lifecycle, including qualification, onboarding, customer support, and portfolio health. Work alongside various internal teams such as Sales, Support, and Product to streamline processes and drive growth in a fintech environment. Strong operational judgment and excellent communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:

Manage portfolio of inbound and outbound opportunities
Lead onboarding and activation of new customers
Serve as key contact for customer inquiries and disputes
Implement risk-aware practices and document decisions
Transform data insights into actionable recommendations

Requirements:

4+ years in customer-facing sales or operations
Proven track record in managing customer relationships
Experience in fintech or related fields
Strong analytical skills with CRM tools
Excellent communication abilities for varied audiences
