Senior Manager, Product Marketing and Client Expansion

Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing and Client Expansion based in Canada. The Senior Manager, Product Marketing and Client Expansion will lead strategic marketing initiatives across a complex B2B SaaS portfolio. This role combines product marketing, demand generation, client communications, and expansion strategy to translate product priorities into measurable revenue growth. You will shape differentiated positioning, lead go-to-market launches, and develop compelling messaging that strengthens market impact and customer engagement. Working closely with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams, you will create enablement resources that help teams communicate product value with confidence. You will also identify opportunities within the existing client base and build campaigns that encourage upgrades, expansion, and renewals. Success in this role will be driven by strong storytelling, data-informed decision-making, cross-functional influence, and disciplined execution. Accountabilities: - Develop compelling product positioning and messaging across multiple products and customer segments, ensuring clear differentiation and a consistent value proposition throughout the market. - Partner with Product teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and enhancements, ensuring strong alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience. - Create, write, and refine external-facing product messaging across websites, third-party review platforms, sales materials, and other customer-facing channels.

- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Experience teams to develop effective sales enablement resources, including pitch decks, brochures, toolkits, comparison charts, and other materials that help sales teams communicate product value. - Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and translate market intelligence into sharper positioning, messaging, and sales enablement strategies that support commercial success. - Monitor positioning and messaging performance throughout the marketing funnel, using engagement and conversion data to identify opportunities and continuously improve results. - Own the client expansion demand generation strategy in partnership with key stakeholders, identifying product priorities and customer opportunities with the greatest potential for revenue growth. - Develop persuasive narratives and benefit-driven communications that clearly demonstrate the value of upgrading, expanding, or renewing existing solutions. - Write, edit, and execute targeted client communications and campaigns designed to generate interest, strengthen engagement, and increase expansion revenue. - Partner with Client Success and Demand Generation teams to activate expansion strategies through targeted campaigns and coordinated customer engagement programs. - Test expansion messaging and campaign approaches, evaluate upgrade, expansion, and renewal performance, and refine strategies based on measurable results. - Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on broader marketing priorities, business objectives, and commercial outcomes. Requirements - 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, including significant experience in expansion, lifecycle, or demand generation marketing. - Proven success owning go-to-market strategy and execution for a complex portfolio of solutions, from internal sales enablement through external product launches. - Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling, benefit-driven messaging that connects product capabilities with customer and business value.
