Final Strike Games est un studio indépendant de développement de jeux vidéo, animé par la passion de créer des jeux multijoueurs, shooters et live‑service de calibre mondial dans Unreal Engine. Notre équipe valorise l’honnêteté, la transparence et le respect, tout en collaborant pour bâtir des expériences de jeu inspirantes pour l’industrie.
Nous recherchons un Community Manager pour contribuer à bâtir, soutenir et développer la communauté de joueurs autour de notre prochain titre. Vous serez la voix principale du studio auprès des joueurs, responsable de favoriser une communauté saine, informée et engagée sur les plateformes sociales et dans les points de contact en jeu.
Le candidat idéal comprend les communautés de joueurs contemporaines, les écosystèmes live‑service et les dynamiques propres aux bases de joueurs multijoueurs. Vous êtes suffisamment autonome pour produire vous‑même des contenus destinés à la communauté, vous excellez dans les environnements rapides, communiquez avec clarté et empathie, et savez transformer les retours de la communauté en recommandations concrètes pour l’équipe de développement.
Il s’agit d’une opportunité unique de rejoindre une équipe expérimentée travaillant sur une nouvelle IP et de contribuer à façonner la relation à long terme entre nos joueurs et notre jeu.
Responsabilités (incluant, sans s’y limiter) :
- Soutenir et exécuter la stratégie communautaire en collaboration avec les chefs de projet et les équipes transversales.
- Communiquer les mises à jour live‑game, informations de patch, changements de service et problèmes connus sur les canaux officiels avec clarté, transparence et rapidité.
- Construire et maintenir une relation active, positive et engagée avec les joueurs sur Discord, les réseaux sociaux, les forums et autres hubs communautaires.
- Identifier les voix clés de la communauté, influenceurs et créateurs de contenu, et collaborer avec eux pour amplifier la visibilité du jeu et les initiatives communautaires.
- Créer du contenu destiné aux joueurs : vidéos courtes, visuels statiques, résumés de patch, publications éducatives, spotlight communautaires mettant en valeur les initiatives en cours et les tendances actuelles.
- Enregistrer des vidéos, capturer des captures d’écran et contribuer au montage de matériel fourni par l’équipe artistique et l’équipe de développement pour produire les assets nécessaires aux contenus et campagnes communautaires.
- Rédiger, réviser et éditer les communications externes afin d’assurer clarté, cohérence et alignement avec le ton de la marque et les valeurs du studio.
- Utiliser les informations de l’équipe de développement pour maintenir une roadmap live qui maximise l’engagement.
- Produire un rapport hebdomadaire pour suivre le sentiment des joueurs, identifier les sujets émergents et transmettre les insights, risques et opportunités aux parties prenantes internes.
- Suivre et contextualiser les métriques d’engagement afin d’affiner les stratégies de contenu et de communication.
- Soutenir les activations communautaires : Q&A développeurs, concours, livestreams, événements spéciaux.
- Analyser la performance du contenu et appliquer les apprentissages aux campagnes futures.
Compétences et qualifications requises
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de communautés gaming, idéalement dans un environnement live‑service ou multijoueur.
- Solide compréhension des genres de jeux contemporains, des plateformes et des écosystèmes communaut

Overview
Final Strike Games is an independent game‑development studio with a passion for creating world‑class multiplayer, shooter, and live‑service games in Unreal Engine. Our team values honesty, transparency, and respect, while working together to build industry‑inspiring game experiences.
We are looking for a Community Manager to help build, support, and grow the player community around our upcoming title. You will be the studio’s frontline voice to players, responsible for fostering a healthy, informed, and engaged community across social platforms and in‑game touchpoints.
The ideal candidate understands contemporary gaming communities, live‑service ecosystems, and the dynamics of multiplayer player bases. You are autonomous enough to produce on your own assets delivered to the community and you thrive in fast‑moving environments, communicate with clarity and empathy, and know how to turn community insights into actionable recommendations for the development team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a veteran team shipping a new IP and to help shape the long‑term relationship between our players and our game.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Support and execute the community strategy in collaboration with the project leaders and cross‑functional partners.
- Communicate live‑game updates, patch information, service changes, and known issues across official channels with clarity, transparency, and timeliness.
- Build and maintain an active, positive, and engaged relationship with players across Discord and other social media, forums, as well as any community hubs.
- Identify key community voices, influencers, and content creators, and collaborate with them to amplify the game’s visibility and community initiatives.
- Create player‑facing content such as short‑form videos, static assets, patch summaries, educational posts, and community spotlights that highlight ongoing initiatives and leverage current trends.
- Record video, take screenshots and help to edit material provided by the art team and the dev team to produce assets needed for community content and campaigns.
- Write, review, and edit outbound communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand tone and studio values.
- Take the input of the development team to maintain a live roadmap that maximizes engagement.
- Elaborate weekly report to monitor player sentiment, identifying emerging topics, and reporting community insights, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
- Track and contextualize engagement metrics to help refine future content and communication strategies.
- Support community‑focused activations such as developer Q&As, contests, livestreams, and special events.
- Surface analysis of content performance and apply learnings to future campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing gaming communities, ideally within a live‑service or multiplayer environment.
- Strong understanding of contemporary gaming genres, platforms, and community ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
- Experience creating digital content using premiere, photoshop or any other marketing assets software (short‑form video, static assets, educational posts, etc.).
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Fluency in both French and English.
