Scientist I - Analytical Operations

Analytical operations scientist supporting laboratory testing of pharmaceutical batches at various development stages. Performs HPLC, dissolution, and physical analyses following established procedures and GMP standards in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct HPLC, dissolution, and physical testing analyses independently following established methods
- Document experimental data according to ALCOA principles and regulatory standards
- Recognize and report out-of-specification results to supervisors and conduct investigations
- Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve system suitability issues
- Maintain safe working environment and adhere to GMP and environmental health standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field
- Experience with common laboratory equipment and operations
- Understanding of chromatographic separations and chemical analysis
- Proficiency with HPLC, Empower, NuGenesis, and Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality and regulatory requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environment
Compensation: $51,200.00–$76,850.00
