Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an analytical scientist to support laboratory operations by performing testing on prototype, clinical trial, and commercial batches. Responsibilities include HPLC and dissolution analysis, data documentation following GMP standards, and reporting of results to supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Perform HPLC, dissolution, and physical testing analyses following established procedures and SOPs
- Document experimental data according to ALCOA principles and quality standards
- Troubleshoot system suitability failures and investigate out-of-specification results
- Maintain safe laboratory environment and report hazards to supervisors
- Work collaboratively with team members on manufacturing and development support activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry
- Experience with standard laboratory equipment and operations
- Understanding of chromatographic separations and chemical analysis
- Proficiency with HPLC, dissolution testing, and analytical instrumentation
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory data management software
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Compensation: $51,200.00–$76,850.00 annualized
