Expert SAP Support for Supply Chain Operations

Take on an integral role within the Supply Chain team as an Expert SAP Support Specialist. Focus on resolving technical and functional issues related to SAP S/4HANA and Extended Warehouse Management. As an experienced SAP Support Specialist with at least seven years of expertise, your main tasks will involve improving processes and supporting system functionalities. You will create reporting tools, ensure data compliance, and may need to travel to operational sites with minimal notice. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot end-user issues across SAP platforms
- Develop SAP reports and KPIs utilizing Power BI
- Manage user access and security profiles
- Support the design of system improvements and tool integrations
- Deliver user training and gather feedback for enhancements
- 7+ years of SAP support experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- SAP Certified Specialist required
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, EWM, and compliance
- Preferably experienced in sectors like mining or oil and gas
