Arrow Production Manager Position
Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group Inc.
Join Arrow Engineered Products as a Production Manager in Cambridge, ON. This role is pivotal in supervising daily operations to ensure optimal production efficiency and strict adherence to quality standards.
As a vital member of the Arrow team, you will bring at least 10 years of supervisory experience to manage production activities across machine and welding shops. Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in a supervisory manufacturing role
• Strong understanding of welding and CNC processes
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving expertise
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Experience with quality compliance and inspection
