Shape the future of publishing as the Manager of Retail Distribution at HarperCollins Canada. This hybrid role is key to enhancing brand sales through operational excellence. In this regular full-time position, you will oversee the series distribution across North American retailers, focusing on maximizing sales through effective analytics and merchandising strategies. Your efforts will drive direct selling, require collaboration with sales and operations, and ensure timely reporting and issue management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage profitability of series placements in retail
- Oversee forecasting and distribution processes
- Establish merchandising guides and monitor execution
- Support sales and analyze monthly performance reports
- Ensure compliance with retailer merchandise standards
- Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field
- 5+ years of experience in publishing, sales, or analysis
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Time management proficiency and analytical skills
