Vos défis: Réaliser des essais non destructifs sur des aéronefs ou des composants d'aéronefs en fabrication; Mettre en œuvre la technique, effectuer les réglages et l'étalonnage de l'appareil et appliquer les procédures d'inspection, en fonction de ses certifications; Rédiger les instructions techniques pour la mise en œuvre de l'essai demandé à valider par le niveau 3; Rédiger les rapports d'inspection incluant les résultats, valider et certifier la conformité du composant selon les critères d'acceptation spécifiés. Le cas échéant, rédiger les documents de livraison (bon de livraison, déclaration de conformité et formulaire 1 du TCCA/EASA) de l'ensemble inspecté ; Participer à l'élaboration d'études de faisabilité en menant des essais non destructifs sur de nouveaux matériaux, procédures, assemblages, structures etc. et en déterminant les méthodes les plus appropriées; Contribuer au développement de solutions CND dédiées à des besoins spécifiques, suivi de leur ajustement, qualification et promotion Assurer le suivi des exigences des clients conformément aux procédures de qualité internes pour mener à bien l'opération Maintenir les compétences et les certifications obtenues et en acquérir de nouvelles Votre carte d’embarquement: DEC ou AEC en Contrôle Non Destructif ou domaine technique connexe OU certification équivalente. Certification CND niveau 2 (NAS410 ou EN4179) dans au moins une méthode : UT (ultrasons) ou ET (courants de Foucault), ainsi que PT (ressuage) complété ou en voie d’obtention. Formation CND conforme à NAS410, EN4179, ISO 9712 ou ASNT. Les candidats certifiés niveau 1 limité dans les deux méthodes UT et PT, avec expérience pertinente (minimum 18 mois pour chaque méthode) peuvent aussi être considérés. Expérience en fabrication ou maintenance aéronautique, un atout majeur . NDT training compliant with NAS410, EN4179, ISO 9712, or ASNT. Candidates certified Level 1 Limited in both UT and PT methods, with relevant experience (minimum 18 months for each method), may also be considered. Experience in aerospace manufacturing or maintenance, a major asset. Structural QC Agent with a minimum of 3 years of internal experience, having solid knowledge of aerospace structures and materials. Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.
