Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un.e gestionnaire de projet pour rejoindre notre équipe service client basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada). Vous ferez partie de l’équipe maintenance et ingénierie au sein du département service client. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant que Gestionnaire de projet sera d’élaborer une stratégie de transformation des process, leader les différentes initiatives et gérer les projets du département Votre environnement de travail: Le siège du programme d'avions commerciaux A220 est situé à Mirabel, dans la région métropolitaine de Montréal, à deux pas de la ville dynamique de Montréal. Vos défis: Diriger le processus de transformation d'Airbus Canada pour nos équipes au fur et à mesure que nous faisons évoluer notre structure et nos processus afin de les aligner avec ceux d'Airbus SAS. Coordination et approbation des nouveaux processus d'affaires. Coordination des accords de service (SLA) avec Airbus SAS, de la négociation à la gouvernance, en passant par la budgétisation et la mise en œuvre. Coordonner et diriger les initiatives stratégiques avec d'autres groupes au sein du Support Client et du Développement Produit, à tous les niveaux. Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour l'enquête de satisfaction client pour le département Maintenance & Ingénierie de l'A220 et piloter la clôture réussie de nos plans d'action. Présenter l'état d'avancement des actions CSIP à la haute direction. Soutenir l'élaboration du questionnaire de l'enquête annuelle et l'optimisation des questions destinées aux clients. Agir en tant que point de contact principal/leader d'affaires ABSI pour les projets stratégiques d'Airbus impliquant l'A220 (Ambition 2030). Gérer les projets de systèmes et de processus ministériels et interfonctionnels. Créer et maintenir les documents de gouvernance standards pour l'équipe de direction. Développer et gérer le tableau de bord de l'équipe et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) mensuels. Développer les KPI de l'équipe au sein de Skywise dans le but de fusionner les indicateurs de l'A220 avec ceux de l'A3XX SI et 1S. Analyser les indicateurs d'affaires et effectuer des analyses de cause racine afin de développer des plans d'actions correctives. Diriger l'alignement des processus et les projets d'amélioration spécifiques au sein des équipes ISE/ME/Tech Pubs et de manière interfonctionnelle. Diriger et coordonner le processus budgétaire annuel pour la Maintenance & l'Ingénierie de l'A220 et mener la gouvernance régulière (revue mensuelle). Agir en tant que point de contact principal avec les Finances et coordonner le rapportage et la collecte de données auprès des fournisseurs de services SLA. Diriger et coordonner la gestion des risques pour la Maintenance & l'Ingénierie de l'A220. Coordonner toutes les activités de l'ISE pour l'initiative de réduction du temps d'immobilisation au sol des avions clients (visibilité accrue, levier de satisfaction client). Création et maintien des indicateurs de temps de réponse pour les dossiers de visite de type C (C Check). Coordonner toutes les activités internes d'ABSI pour mener à bien les actions issues de l'enquête de satisfaction client. Votre profil: Le candidat retenu doit posséder un diplôme universitaire (en ingénierie ou en gestion/commerce) ou l'équivalent. Vous possédez un minimum de dix (10) ans d'expérience de travail dans l'industrie aérospatiale, avec une forte orientation vers le service client et la gestion de projet. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre dynamisme, vos solides compétences en communication (français et anglais) et votre aisance à travailler dans un environnement d'équipe stimulant, avec un minimum de supervision directe. Vous avez démontré votre capacité à bâtir et à diriger des équipes de haute performance dans un environnement en constante évolution et aux priorités changeantes. Vous êtes de nature curieuse et vous cherchez continuellement à comprendre le fonctionnement des processus et des systèmes. Vous faites preuve de patience et manifestez une réelle volonté d'accompagner les autres dans leur développement selon les normes établies. Vous possédez une bonne connaissance pratique des méthodologies et des outils d'amélioration continue, ainsi que des politiques, procédures et pratiques d'affaires. De fortes compétences en planification et en organisation sont nécessaires pour coordonner et prioriser la charge de travail liée à des mandats et des exigences multiples. De bonnes compétences informatiques sont requises pour utiliser les logiciels de traitement de texte, de feuilles de calcul, de présentation, de bases de données et de gestion de projet. Certains déplacements professionnels seront nécessaires pour soutenir les initiatives de projets spéciaux. La certification de professionnel en gestion de projet (PMP) est considérée comme un atout. Your Challenges: Lead the Airbus Canada transformation process for our teams as we evolve our structure and processes to align with Airbus SAS. Coordinate and approve new business processes. Coordinate Service Agreements (SLAs) with Airbus SAS, from negotiation to budgeting, implementation, and governance. Coordinate and lead strategic initiatives with other groups within Customer Support and Product Development at all levels. Act as the main Customer Survey (CSIP) focal point for A220 Maintenance & Engineering and drive the successful closure of our action plans. Report on CSIP action status to senior management. Support the annual survey questionnaire design and the refinement of customer questions. Act as the main ABSI focal point/business leader for Airbus strategic projects involving the A220 (Ambition 2030). Manage departmental and cross-functional system and process projects. Create and maintain standard governance packages for the leadership team. Develop and manage the team dashboard and track monthly KPIs. Develop team KPIs within Skywise with the goal of merging A220 KPIs with A3XX SI and 1S. Analyze business metrics and perform root cause analysis to develop corrective action plans. Lead process alignment and specific improvement projects within the ISE/ME/Tech Pubs teams and cross-functionally. Lead and coordinate the annual budget process for A220 Maintenance & Engineering and lead regular governance (monthly review). Act as the main focal point with Finance and coordinate reporting and data collection from SLA service suppliers. Lead and coordinate Risk Management for A220 Maintenance & Engineering. Coordinate all ISE activity for the customer aircraft downtime (heavy check) reduction initiative (a high-visibility customer satisfaction driver). Create and maintain C-check case response time metrics. Coordinate all internal ABSI activity to deliver on Customer Survey actions. Your Profile: The successful candidate must possess a university degree (Engineering or Business administration) or equivalent. You have a minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in the aerospace industry, with a strong focus on customer service and project management. You are recognized for your dynamism, your solid communication skills (English and French), and your ability to work comfortably in a challenging team environment with minimal direct supervision. You have a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment with constantly shifting priorities. You are naturally curious and continuously strive to understand how processes and systems work. You demonstrate patience and a genuine willingness to support and develop others to reach established standards. You have a solid working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools, as well as business policies, procedures, and practices. Strong planning and organizational skills are essential to coordinate and prioritize workload across multiple assignments and demands. Good computer skills are required to operate word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, and project management software. Some business travel will be required to support special project initiatives. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset.
