Nous recherchons un Ingénieur de données expérimenté spécialisé en Big Data, Python et Machine Learning pour rejoindre une équipe innovante. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans la conception, l’optimisation et la mise en œuvre de solutions de données complexes, allant de l’ingestion et la transformation de données massives (incluant des données géospatiales) au développement de solutions de machine learning en production.
Ce rôle vous permettra de travailler dans un environnement Databricks et Azure , avec une forte orientation vers l’industrialisation des modèles ML, l’automatisation et la mise en place des meilleures pratiques de développement de solutions analytiques évolutives.
Exigences et compétences techniquesMinimum 6 ans d’expérience en ingénierie de données Big Data .
Minimum 1 an d’expérience pratique avancée en Python .
Minimum 1 an d’expérience en Machine Learning (entraînement, inférence, monitoring).
Expérience en ingestion et transformation de données massives dans Databricks .
Compétence en modélisation de données structurées et non structurées .
Expérience en traitement temps réel (streaming) .
Expérience avec Databricks API , Spark , MLFlow .
Expérience avec Azure (Azure DevOps, AzureSQL).
Expérience avec Jira et Confluence .
Familiarité avec des environnements complexes similaires à Hydro .
Développer et déployer des pipelines Big Data performants et évolutifs.
Participer à l’industrialisation des modèles de Machine Learning .
Mettre en place et maintenir des solutions d’ingestion de données massives (dont des données géospatiales).
Assurer la qualité, la performance et l’automatisation des traitements.
Proposer des optimisations et automatisations pour les solutions BI existantes.
Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique et fonctionnelle.
Compléter les récits de développement dans Jira et contribuer aux sprints Agile.
Participer au développement de solutions ML et à l’utilisation de frameworks d’industrialisation ML.
Concevoir des solutions basées sur les meilleures pratiques de développement et de transformation de données.
Assurer la surveillance quotidienne des traitements et la correction des anomalies.
Collaborer étroitement avec les analystes, les responsables techniques et produits pour valider les besoins.
Animer ou faciliter des ateliers dans le cadre de projets analytiques.
Contribuer à l’évolution et à l’optimisation des solutions BI existantes.
Expérience avec l’ingestion de données géospatiales (images 3D, nuages de points, images 360).
Expérience en tests unitaires et assurance qualité .
Connaissance en architecture logicielle et design patterns analytiques .
Expérience en création de librairies ou artefacts réutilisables .
Capacité à agir comme expert-conseil en architecture Big Data et frameworks de transformation.
Expérience avec Infrastructure as Code (IaC) .
Solide maîtrise des pratiques d’automatisation .
Expérience en tâches d’ analyse fonctionnelle .
