This role involves managing several tenant improvement projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will collaborate with Site Managers, ensure project margin tracking, and expertly maintain client relationships throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple tenant improvement projects from tender to close-out
- Collaborate closely with Site Managers on execution strategies
- Track budget adherence and project margins diligently
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Oversee diverse types of projects across the Lower Mainland and BC
- 10+ years managing commercial construction as a General Contractor
- Strong background in tenant improvements across sectors
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and accountability skills
- Self-driven, requiring minimal oversight
