Your trade knowledge will be essential in summarizing materials and labor needs while ensuring compliance with bid amounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly evaluate materials and labor requirements
- Summarize project quantities according to specifications
- Identify key pricing for labor and equipment
- Cultivate relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Review bid amounts for compliance and accuracy
- Degree or diploma in construction estimation
- Minimum of 8 years estimating experience
- Strong background in excavation and formwork
- Experience in mentoring junior estimators
- Proficient in estimation software
