Area Manager for Civil Works

Champion civil works projects as an Area Manager in the nuclear sector. Ensure efficient planning and execution while maintaining safety standards and managing budgets in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of civil interferences related to nuclear refurbishment. Reporting to the RFR Project Manager, your leadership will guide teams to fulfill project deliverables on time and within budget. Effective communication and proactive risk management will be critical to success. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of civil works scope
• Ensure project compliance with safety and budget requirements
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress
• Collaborate with various teams for cohesive execution
• Monitor for quality and schedule improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a nuclear setting
• Relevant technical degree or diploma
• Strong background in project management methodologies
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 is preferred
• Proven leadership and communication skills
