High Voltage Lab Operations Manager

Manage operations in a high voltage test lab as a Senior Lab Operations Manager. Lead a talented team and enforce high standards for testing and safety compliance. This senior role involves overseeing the entire operational framework of the high voltage test lab dedicated to instrument transformers. You will foster a culture of performance through mentorship and strategic management while ensuring adherence to IEEE and CSA standards. Responsibilities also include budget oversight, preventive maintenance initiatives, and driving efficiencies within testing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor lab personnel for high performance
- Manage testing engineering functions and analysis
- Enforce standardized testing protocols according to regulations
- Administer lab budgets and equipment maintenance
- Promote EHS practices within the operational framework
- Required: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
- Preferred: P.Eng certification or eligibility
- 5–7 years leading in manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with high voltage testing methodologies
- Proficient in quality management techniques
