Senior Programmer Analyst at Citi

Citi is seeking a skilled Senior Programmer Analyst to enhance application systems with Java and Spring. This part-time role demands strong programming, analysis, and project management skills. In this intermediate position, you will contribute to applications systems development alongside the Technology team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience and be able to analyze complex issues, recommend programming solutions, and design effective system functionalities. You'll also support users in operational tasks while driving project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies and IT planning for applications
- Monitor development phases from design to implementation
- Analyze systems and business processes for performance improvement
- Recommend security measures post-implementation
- Develop new features using Java and Spring Boot
- 5-8 years of programming experience
- Strong Java and Spring ecosystem skills
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and microservices
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of CI/CD best practices
