- Mentor engineers on agentic AI best practices
- 6-10 years of experience in AI/ML with a focus on Python
- At least 2 years in AI system software development
- Proven leadership in developing prompt design for AI systems
- Expertise in Google ADK and multiple Python frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud platforms
