Toronto IT Support Technician at Opendoor

Opendoor is looking for an IT Support Technician in Toronto to ensure seamless technology operations. Bring your technical skills and commitment to customer service to our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary IT support resource in our downtown Toronto office. Your focus will be on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing onboarding assistance, and managing audio/video setups for meetings. Strong interpersonal skills and technical know-how will help you support employees effectively in their technology needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hardware support for laptops and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot issues with software like Slack and Zoom
- Set up AV equipment for conferences and meetings
- Manage the ticket resolution process efficiently
- Enroll and manage new hire devices
- 3-5 years of IT support experience in a tech environment
- Proficient in both macOS and Windows systems
- Experience with service management tools like Jira
- Strong communication skills for user support
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs when necessary
