Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to create supplemental work benefits
• Prepare funeral and final expenses benefits for existing members
• Prepare emergency fund and pay cheque protection for qualified prospects
• Mentor and train new associates for benefit specialist positions

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service and sales is ideal, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer literacy and a reliable internet connection

Compensation and Benefits

• Earnings: $60,000 – $80,000 annually plus weekly bonuses
