Industrial Sales Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

Your responsibilities are to oversee growth of sales and increase company profits by cultivating current customers and recruiting new customers. Making sure your reps under you are equipped with enough knowledge and support. You will increase profitability by promoting products, creating value, providing Product support, within your division.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate in success meeting sales goals.
• Meet and exceed a yearly sales and margin budget by determining new sales potentials while maintain existing accounts
• Use a consultative sales approach to maintain and improve customer relationships in all areas including product knowledge, special request, program building, sales issues, and future business
• Participate with management in updating your territory plan and setting sales goals
• The ability to dissect a territory
• Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism
• Continually participate in product knowledge growth and training.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years in a similar sales/managerial position.
• Extensive knowledge in Construction Tools/Building Materials.
• Non-Restricted Drivers License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Experience:

• Industrial Sales: 5 years (required)
• Power Tool / Construction: 5 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (required)
