Receptionist (Maternity Cover)

Job Responsibility:
Are you looking to join a growing small business?Cold Pro Refrigeration and HVAC Inc is a rapidly growing HVAC and plumbing company. As a fast-growing company we are looking for an experienced individual to join our administrative team!
The role:
- First point of contact for clients and visitors
- Answer and manage incoming calls, redirect them as needed
- Assist with our dispatch system using Service Fusion
- Retrieve, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage office supplies
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Support Administrative Director and Assistant Director
- Other duties and projects, as required
What you bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Experience in an administrative role or customer service-oriented position is preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC or plumbing industry is an asset
