Taux horaire : 33 $ avec un horaire de 37,5 heures par semaine
La Commission scolaire francophone du Yukon (CSFY) est à la recherche d’une personne visionnaire et dynamique pour coordonner le programme d’intégration culturelle à l’École Émilie-Tremblay. Sous la supervision de la direction, la personne développe une programmation annuelle d’intégration culturelle et communautaire pour l’école et en coordonne la réalisation. La personne travaille en étroite collaboration avec le personnel enseignant et les partenaires communautaires.
Autres responsabilités
- Développer et coordonner la réalisation d’un plan d’action et d’une programmation annuelle en intégration culturelle.
- Consulter les partenaires communautaires et travailler en étroite collaboration avec eux pour favoriser le rayonnement de l’école dans la franco-yukonnie.
- Élaborer des projets ponctuels répondant aux objectifs du plan annuel de l’école et du plan stratégique de la CSFY.
- Participer à l’organisation et la mise en œuvre d’expériences éducatives, culturelles et interculturelles.
- Rédiger des projets, demandes de financement, blogues et rapports pour la direction.
- Assurer un appui technique lors de différentes activités.
Profil recherché
- Formation collégiale ou universitaire en récréologie, en animation culturelle ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience pertinente dans un milieu scolaire minoritaire francophone.
- Connaissance du concept d’intégration culturelle.
- Connaissance des enjeux et des défis en milieu minoritaire francophone.
- Connaissance informatique (Microsoft, Suite Adobe, etc.)
- Expérience en gestion de projets et animation d’équipes.
- Notions d’administration : demandes de financement, budgétisation, etc.
- Leadership, sens de l’initiative, d’organisation et du travail d’équipe.
- Capacité de travailler sous pression avec un minimum de supervision.
- Posséder d’excellentes connaissances du français et de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Solides aptitudes en communication afin de développer des relations efficaces avec les élèves, les parents, le personnel de l’école, les partenaires communautaires ainsi que la CSFY.
- Adhérer à une vision d’avenir commune basée sur les forces de l’école la mettant en valeur par l’entremise de la qualité des services.
- Avoir un permis de conduire valide et être prêt à se déplacer régulièrement.
- Flexibilité pour l’horaire de travail.
- Les personnes ayant une combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expériences seront également considérées.
- Une description de tâches peut être fournie sur demande.
- Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein. Le poste exige parfois de travailler en soirée ou les fins de semaine. Le salaire sera établi selon l’échelle salariale en vigueur.
