Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC Lead — HR Transformation
EY
A global consulting firm is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant to lead complex HRIS implementations. The role involves guiding clients through the full lifecycle of implementations, managing projects, and mentoring teams. Candidates should have a strong understanding of HR processes, deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, and at least 8 years of experience in HR technology consulting.
