- Independently manage case load of auto claims and related litigation
- Assess liability and quantum of damages for claims partners
- Draft opinions, pleadings, and motions with precision
- Conduct Examinations for Discovery and attend various hearings
- Enhance team knowledge by sharing legal insights
- Bachelor’s degree in law or Juris Doctor
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Experience with trials or arbitrations highly valued
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
