Legal Counsel for Technology at GTAA

Your expertise will ensure effective risk management and compliance across a range of legal issues impacting the GTAA's operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice on technology and data initiatives
- Draft and negotiate technology-related agreements
- Advise on compliance, intellectual property, and e-commerce laws
- Research and implement improvements in legal services
- Monitor legal developments through presentations and newsletters
- LL.B. or J.D. degree from accredited law school
- Minimum five years post-call experience in law
- Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage legal issues in dynamic environments
