Project Coordinator – Telecom & Network Deployments

Support the successful delivery of large-scale technology projects across North America.

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinatorto support the administration and coordination of telecommunications and network infrastructure projects throughout Canada and the US.

This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates working within the MST or CST time zones.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep projects organized, accurate, and moving forward. You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers, supporting the administrative and reporting side of multiple projects while coordinating with field technicians, vendors, customers, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers with the day-to-day administration and coordination of multiple technology deployment projects.
• Review and process project invoices, purchase lists, and related documentation for accuracy.
• Pull and maintain productivity reports, project reports, and status updates.
• Maintain accurate project files, trackers, records, and other documentation.
• Coordinate information between Project Managers, field technicians, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Assist with technician scheduling, materials, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
• Review completed project documentation and work details before projects are closed.
• Track project progress, identify discrepancies or outstanding items, and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
• Provide administrative support to help Project Managers keep projects organized and on track.
• Assist with identifying potential issues and escalating them to the appropriate team members.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with invoices, reports, spreadsheets, purchasing information, and other project documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive, dependable approach with the ability to follow up and keep things moving.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and processes.
• Experience supporting field teams, vendors, or multi-site projects is an asset.
• Experience in telecommunications, IT, network infrastructure, construction, or technology deployments is preferred.
