We're hiring, and this one's a little different.
Mortgage Wellness is looking for a Part-Time Client Care Coordinator to join our Barrie team, 5–15 flexible hours a week, working remotely.
Here's the honest part: this role is part-time by design, and it stays that way. So, if you're looking for steady, ongoing hours alongside your current job, business, studies, or family life, this was made for you.
What you'll actually be doing
No cold calling. No sales pitches. Just warm check-in calls with our existing clients, seeing how they're doing and booking appointments with their mortgage agents.
The schedule flexes around you: weekday mornings, afternoons, and/or Saturday mornings.

Maybe you're semi-retired and miss the people part of work. A parent with free mornings. Someone balancing a side hustle who wants predictable hours. No mortgage experience needed. Just a warm phone voice, an organized calendar, and a genuine interest in helping people #LiveBetter.
