Manager of Scientific Research & Incentives at MNP

Join MNP as a Senior Manager leading Scientific Research and Experimental Development initiatives. Use your bilingual expertise to secure tax incentives for clients' innovative projects. This role requires oversight of SR&ED claims, partnering with financial executives to analyze and support claims in both French and English. Your contributions will drive significant government support through effective management of eligible expenditures and tax credit programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reviews and claim submissions for SR&ED
- Work with clients on financial statement analysis
- Identify qualifying expenditures like labor and materials
- Prepare high-quality, complete SR&ED claims
- Communicate with tax authorities throughout the process
- CPA with an educational background in accounting or finance
- Fluent in French and English to assist diverse clients
- Over five years’ experience in tax or financial advisory
- Skilled in financial analysis and claims support
- Professional services experience is advantageous
