Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Valid driver's license and clean driving record- HVAC certification or relevant trade school training preferred- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components- Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for HVAC work- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Skills:- Proficiency in Excel for record keeping and data analysis- Strong math skills for calculating measurements and load requirements- Sales management skills for promoting additional services or products to clients- Bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customer base (if applicable)- Cashiering skills for processing payments from customers (if applicable)- Market knowledge to stay updated on industry trends and competition- Negotiation skills for obtaining favorable pricing on equipment or supplies- Ability to maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)- Retail sales experience to provide exceptional customer service
