You’ll work alongside a collaborative and driven team of professionals.You'll play a key role in driving excellence in industrial quality processes and performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as production, engineering, and continuous improvement), lead APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plans, and ensure the digitalization of controls and processes using innovative solutions.You’ll specifically take care of managing site IQ activities, including budget, people, processes, and performance, but also lead the quality animation methodology deployment aligned with our continuous improvement system.We’ll look to you forDriving APSYS improvement plans for industrial quality requirements (Q09 to Q13 items)Ensuring regular updates to Process FMEA, Control Plans, and Quality Control Plans to achieve Zero Defect objectivesPerforming site-level analyses to enhance industrial quality performanceEscalating and ensuring effective treatment of anomalies detected on production linesSupporting decisions for Hand Overs (GO/NO GO) with veto rights where necessaryStopping production if mandatory safety or quality issues ariseManaging and developing the industrial quality team through training and qualification plans All About YouWe value passion and attitude over experience.
