Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager / Account Manager to join our Kingston team. While based locally, this role supports recruitment and client services across the Kingston and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in growing our client base, nurturing existing accounts, and driving business development initiatives in collaboration with our Ontario branch network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support existing client accounts, ensuring high service standards and client retention

• Act as the primary liaison for client communication and issue resolution

• Lead and mentor the accounts team to achieve performance goals

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive B2B outreach

• Develop and execute sales and recruitment strategies tailored to client needs

• Track performance metrics and contribute to weekly branch reporting

• Prepare professional sales presentations and documentation for both prospects and existing clients

• Analyze market conditions and competitor activity to support strategic planning

• Represent the Advantage Personnel brand with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales-focused role; staffing industry experience is an asset but not required

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and general office software

• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines

• Reliable access to a personal vehicle is required for local travel

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year (plus bonuses and commission)
