What  you’ll do  
 
As a  Commercial  Lines  Sales Broker at Mitch,  you ’ll help  businesses  of all types and sizes  find the right   insurance  s olutions for the ir unique needs .  Y ou’ll use your  expertise   to   analyze the operations  of  prospects and clients and   offer trusted advice  on   coverages  from Canada’s top commercial carriers.  
 
Contact  with clients  will be through multiple channels using  modern technology and tools, connecting you to your leads quickly and effectively.  There ’ s no cold calling, and  we’ll provide you with leads ,   so all you need to focus on is building strong relationships and making the sale.  
 
You’ll gain deep exposure to different indust ries   and risk classes , giving you the chance to expand your knowledge and skills  across multiple products and  business  sector s .    
 
Most importantly,  you’re adaptable,  coachable , ready to learn , and hungry to win.   
 
What  you’re amazing at  

• Using strong sales instincts and creating client-focused solutions that  help  businesses  navigate the complex ities of commercial insurance   

• Understanding client risk exposures and  recommending products, coverages, and limits that  pro perly protect them and their business es  

• Building strong  client  relationships and collaborating with teammates from across our brokerage  

• Being  motivated, self-driven, and passionate about winning  

• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment  while  staying organized  and focused on  performance goals  

• Applying s trong listening and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail  

• Staying positive and thriving under pressure  

 
Your qualifications  
You’ve worked at an insurance brokerage for three or more years and have Commercial Lines sales experience. You also have your RIBO licence.  
 
Salary  

We offer a results-driven compensation package for our Sales Brokers, including a $50,000–$60,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commission tied to performance.
