Vivin is an AI-native go-to-market (GTM) agency. We help B2B agencies and founders build pipeline through done-for-you cold outreach and a done-for-you client podcast. Our systems, scripts, and lead lists are already built, so we need great callers to start conversations and book meetings.
THE ROLE
We are hiring commission-only sales callers and appointment setters. Your main job is simple: call and follow up with B2B prospects (agency owners and founders) and book qualified meetings. You do not have to close the deal. Our team can run the meeting and close. If you want to close deals yourself, you are welcome to, but it is optional.
WHAT YOU WILL BE PITCHING
Done-for-you cold outreach (email and LinkedIn) that books meetings for our clients. A done-for-you client podcast that builds both pipeline and brand. Target market: B2B agencies, consultants, and founders who want more qualified pipeline.
COMPENSATION (commission only, uncapped)
10% of the contract value for the first 3 months of every client that comes from your booked meetings, paid monthly as the client pays. You earn whether our team closes the meeting or you close it yourself. No cap. Example: book meetings that land a client at about $2,500/mo and earn $250/mo for 3 months, which is $750 per client.

YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU
Have B2B phone experience (cold calling, appointment setting, or sales development), are comfortable on the phone and on video with clear spoken English, are self-directed and motivated by uncapped commission (this is not a salaried role), and can commit consistent calling hours each week.
