Role Description:

This role requires an experienced AI/LLM Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in Azure AI, LLM application development, RAG pipelines, LangChain/LangGraph, and Python‑based AI engineering. The developer will build enterprise‑grade AI applications, integrate them into large systems, and ensure safety, governance, and performance across BFSI environments.

Core Responsibilities:

• LLM Application Development
  
• Build and deploy AI applications using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI
  
• Develop chatbots, copilots, Q&A systems, and document summarization workflows
  
• Conversational & Enterprise AI Integration
  
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems via APIs and microservices
  
• Build scalable backend services for AI‑driven workflows
  
• LangChain & LangGraph Expertise
  
• Develop LLM workflows using chains, retrievers, tools, and graph‑based orchestration
  
• Implement multi‑step reasoning and structured LLM pipelines
  
• Advanced Agentic Systems
  
• Build agentic architectures with tool‑calling, supervisor/worker models, and memory management
  
• Implement context‑aware, stateful conversation flows
  
• RAG Pipeline Development
  
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using:
  
• Azure AI Search
  
• Embeddings
  
• Enterprise data sources
  
• Optimize retrieval, grounding, and hallucination‑reduction strategies
  
• NLP Engineering
  

Design NLP pipelines for:

• Text extraction
  
• Classification
  
• Summarization
  
• Entity recognition
  
• Semantic search
  
• Python AI Engineering
  
• Develop scalable Python services with async processing
  
• Build APIs and optimize for latency, cost, and token usage
  
• Apply engineering best practices for production‑grade AI systems
  
• Safety & Governance
  
• Implement guardrails, moderation, and prompt validation
  
• Build evaluation frameworks for accuracy, safety, and compliance
  
• Align with Responsible AI and BFSI governance standards
  
• Cloud & DevOps (Azure)
  
• Deploy workloads on Azure App Service, Functions, AKS
  
• Integrate Entra ID for authentication and RBAC
  
• Support CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and observability

Core Requirements & Domain Experience:

• 5–8+ years of experience in AI/ML/LLM development
  
• Strong Python engineering background
  
• Deep experience with the Azure AI stack, LLMs, and RAG
  
• Experience with NLP, Azure Machine Learning, and GenAI
  
• BFSI domain experience is a plus
  
• MLOps / LLMOps experience is a plus
  
• Responsible AI knowledge is a plus
