Do you enjoying working in a fast-paced environment? You landed on the right posting! Talentworld is currently seeking an Inbound Representative for our amazing client in Windsor, ON. The Inbound Representative is to interact with customers to provide answers to inquiries and concerns involving the company's services.
Inbound Representative Responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming calls, advising customers with proper payment plans, booking appointments, and customer support with billing errors.
- Helping customers resolve issues with their accounts.
- Updating collection accounts between collection companies and company records.
- Maintenance of customer accounts; updating records through data entry in correspondence with adjustments specified in emails, faxes, field orders, and reports generated for work that has been completed in the field.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a constantly fluctuating workflow. Knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience providing quality customer service in a variety of challenging circumstances.
- Knowledge of hydro and water usage and the effect on customer consumption.
- Ability to work as a team member providing assistance to co-workers and customers.
- Temporary support (Summer role)
- Monday-Friday, 8am - 430pm (On-site)
- $18.50/hr, paid weekly
