Senior Sales Executive - MG

With huge growth over the past number of years, along with an exciting new motor campus on the horizon, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Fitzpatrick's MG Motor Centre.

We wish to recruit a Sales Executive to join our successful sales team and embark on an exciting sales career with Fitzpatrick's Garage Group.

Focusing on the MG brand, the successful candidate will receive continuous training in all aspects of the sales process and follow a defined development programme leading to a successful sales career.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have a minimum of 2-5 years selling experience in a main franchise dealer environment
• Be target driven, possess strong sales skills and with a demonstrable track record of success in both new and used retail car sales
• Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills with a strong focus on customer care and retention
• Be computer literate with strong organisational skills
• Previous experience of CDK/Kerridge/Keyloop is an advantage
• Be self-motivated, hard-working, and dedicated to achieving high standards and results
• Be highly motivated with a strong customer focus.
• A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.
• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
• Full clean driver’s license

Candidates will have the ability to work on their own initiative, while contributing significantly and enthusiastically to the successful running of our sales operations.
