Our client is seeking a Retail Sales & Education Executive to represent their brand across an assigned retail territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate beauty and retail professional to become a key brand ambassador, building strong partnerships with retail locations and driving sales growth through education, coaching, merchandising excellence, and exceptional in-store execution.

The successful candidate will be the face of the brand within their territory, working closely with retail store teams to maximize sales opportunities, support product launches, deliver impactful training, and ensure the brand is represented to the highest standard. This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing retail performance, and creating meaningful in-store experiences across multiple retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with store leadership and retail teams to drive sales performance and identify growth opportunities

- Support product launches, key brand initiatives, and in-store activations through effective execution and planning

- Conduct regular store visits to coach sales representatives, provide product education, and strengthen brand engagement

- Plan and execute in-store events and animations several weeks in advance

- Analyze sales reports and retail data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions to improve market performance

- Ensure merchandising standards, displays, testers, and shelves are maintained according to brand guidelines

- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback and insights to internal teams

- Develop and maintain strong communication with store teams to ensure KPIs and sales objectives are understood

- Identify training needs and support the ongoing development of sales representatives and demonstrators

- Participate in team meetings, business updates, and ongoing brand initiatives

- Manage territory travel and expenses in accordance with company policies

Qualifications

- Experience in retail sales, beauty, cosmetics, luxury, consumer goods, or a related industry

- Strong understanding of retail environments and the ability to build relationships with store teams

- Passion for beauty products, brands, and consumer experiences

- Proven ability to coach, influence, and develop others

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities

- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
