A NEW OPPORTUNITY WITH A GROWING TEAM

Hydra Pure Group is expanding into new markets, and we're adding new people to our customer engagement team. Through our work alongside The Home Depot Home Services program, our representatives connect with homeowners in participating retail locations and introduce them to services available for their homes. This is a people-focused position that's ideal for someone who enjoys conversation, likes being part of an energetic team, and wants an opportunity where hard work can lead to increased earnings and advancement. No water treatment, air quality, or home improvement experience is required. Full training is provided.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

As a Retail Home Solutions Advisor, you'll spend your day interacting with customers in participating Home Depot locations. You'll:

• Welcome and engage customers
• Have friendly conversations about their home service needs
• Provide information about available water and air quality solutions
• Identify homeowners interested in learning more
• Arrange complimentary consultations with qualified customers
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

No door-to-door canvassing. No cold calling. Your role is about starting conversations, providing information, and connecting interested homeowners with the appropriate Home Services professionals.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada, reside full-time in Canada, have reliable transportation, and be bondable. This is an in-person opportunity and is not a remote/work-from-home position.
