Your insight will guide junior team members while participating in essential value management practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead construction cost estimates for projects
- Present detailed cost plans and facilitate planning meetings
- Oversee client and consultant communications across projects
- Provide mentorship to junior consultants
- Manage project financials, including invoicing
- 7-10 years of cost consulting experience
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Membership in professional organizations like CIQS or RICS
- Knowledge of estimating tools, e.g., CostX
- Strong ability to lead and manage client relations
