- Déterminer les clients éventuels et les solliciter
- Conseiller sur la marchandise
- Évaluer les besoins et les ressources du client afin de lui recommander les biens ou les services appropriés
- Rédiger des rapports ou des projets pour démontrer les avantages de l'utilisation du bien ou du service
- Faire des présentations commerciales
- Effectuer des opérations de vente par voie de commerce électronique sur Internet
