Soutenir la direction du gérant du Centre de l’optique afin de maximiser les ventes et les profits du Centre de l’optique. Offrir de l’aide pour la formation des associés du Centre de l’optique afin d’assurer leur éducation sur les verres, les montures et les lentilles de contact. Participer à l’exécution de programmes de marketing et de commercialisation selon les attentes de la Compagnie et être responsable de la commande et du maintien des stocks. Gérer, soutenir et représenter les valeurs de base de l’entreprise du respect de la personne, offrir un service à la clientèle et viser l’excellence. Responsable des normes de l’image du Centre de l’optique en s’assurant d’avoir une bonne apparence et un environnement propre comme à l’hôpital pour les associés, les clients et les médecins. Accepter et évaluer les commandes par ordonnance écrite de clients ou de médecins. Responsable de maintenir des conditions globales de travail sécuritaires, ce qui comprend l’entretien adéquat de l’équipement et le respect des directives d’urgence requises pour protéger l’équipe de l’optique et le grand public. Responsable de suivre et de faire respecter les bonnes lignes directrices provinciales et fédérales relatives à la délivrance de lunettes sur ordonnance et sans ordonnance.
The pay range for this position is $23.40 - $30.72/hr. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
