Our client is seeking a Nova Scotia-based SAP Project Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernization program. This role will focus on managing enterprise projects, coordinating stakeholders, overseeing project plans, risks, and deliverables, and supporting ongoing system enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex projects, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in large organizational environments.

Responsibilities
•Managing project plans, schedules, scope, risks, and issues for SAP modernization initiatives.
•Coordinating with stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
•Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates and reporting.
•Ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet organizational standards.

•Supporting continuous improvement efforts and promoting project management best practices across the program.

Qualifications
•5+ years of experience managing complex, enterprise-scale projects in public and/or private sector environments.
•Strong background in project management methodologies, including planning, scope, risk, and issue management.
•Experience working on large ERP or SAP environments (S/4HANA experience considered an asset).
•Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including executives and technical/business teams.
•Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills in a structured PMO environment.
