Calgary Cash Applications Manager Role

PPI is looking for a Manager, Accounting in Calgary with expertise in cash applications. This contract role offers work-from-home flexibility up to three days a week. As a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Senior Director, you will supervise a team of accountants while overseeing accounts payable, receivable, and reporting functions. You will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and maintaining high standards across operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide supervision and mentoring to accounting staff
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable management
• Responsible for internal reporting by region
• Prepare monthly and quarterly group financial reports
• Ensure month-end general ledger reconciliations are completed Requirements:
• CPA designation required
• Minimum of 7 years in accounting and financial reporting
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
